Helpful ideas for organising your house
There are lots of people today who like the idea of having just enough things to get by. Less things to keep track of, less things to clean, and a clutter-free home. That's the point. But now, the question is how to clean up your home. Some things to think about:
The first thing you need to know is that you can't clean your whole house in a day or two. Because if you try to do that, you'll be so tired at the end of the day. It has to be done step by step over time. You can clean out one room at a time, or even just one corner of a room at a time.
Keep four different bins or bags and separate things based on what you're going to do with them. You can put one for things you want to recycle or upcycle, another for things that need to be fixed, a third for trash, and a fourth for things you think can be given away.
The next question is what to get rid of. There are a few things you need to think about for this. Remove things you don't use 80% of the time. Check things you haven't used in a while to see if they work. In the bin for things that need to be fixed, put them if you can. Otherwise, it can go in the trash. Also, think about when you last used a certain item. If you think you haven't used it for a long time and don't think you'll use it very often, you can give it away. Do this if you think the item is still good and someone else could use it.
